From Texas to Alabama, So Happy to Help the Buyers Relocate!

As soon as 91 Buckner Circle on Fort McClellan went on the market, I started speaking with Amy from Texas. Her husband was taking a new position in Anniston, AL and would be moving from Texas. A couple of weeks later, we got to meet in person and soon became friends! We toured a few homes and they decided Buckner historic district was for them. Amy and Lance, welcome to Sweet Home Alabama. Thank you, thank you very much for the kind words!

“We cannot say enough good things about our realtor in Anniston! From the moment I found her on social media, I knew she was special — her personality just jumped off the screen. We met in person and immediately clicked, realizing we both have a lifelong love for Elvis. She quickly felt more like a friend than just our realtor.

She is everything you hope to find in a southern realtor — all the hospitality, energy, and spunk you could ask for. She’s quick to respond, never leaves you wondering, and somehow kept both sides of our deal happy (which is no small feat). I’ve have my real estate license in Texas, and my mom was a Texas realtor for many years back in the 1980s, so I came into this with a little background. Even with that perspective, I was blown away by how professionally and smoothly she handled everything.

She handled everything with grace, humor, and plenty of good old-fashioned southern charm. If you want a realtor who’s more than just a sign in the yard — someone who brings joy, personality, and top-notch professionalism to the table — she’s the one!” – Lance and Amy Woodard
